on campus I follow the student activity unit that is Hizbul Wathan or HW scouting movement. The Hizbul Wathan organization is one of the autonomous organizations of Muhammadiyah that has the task of forming a young generation with an Islamic-based scouting system. In general, the purpose of HW is to prepare young people who have aqidah, physical and mental strong, knowledgeable and technologically and have akhlaqul karimah so that in the end ready to become cadres persyarikatan strong and character. From the GENERAL ENCYCLOPEDI (1962 / 1967-1971 / 1973 - Kanisius, Yogyakarta) can be cited and adopted the following testimonies and historical statements: "MUHAMMADIYAH has since progressed rapidly; the number of its members rose rapidly. Successfully setting up many school houses, providing religious courses, setting up polyclinics, orphan housing, etc. Modern teaching for girls is a concern. The female part of AISYIYAH, stands alone. The youth movement is HIZBUL WATHAN Scouting. "Hizbul Wathan was born in 1918, then called Padvinder Muhammadiyah. Then, as it was deemed less relevant, at the suggestion of H. Hadjid the name was exchanged for Hizbul Wathan.
 This orthonomous movement has a vision and mission is
1) Vision
Hizbul Wathan Scout Movement has the vision to realize children, youth, quality youth in the Muslim community, especially Muhammadiyah people who are always needed, respected and loved by students, parents / family communities.
2) Mission
Scouting mission is to prepare cadres of Muhammadiyah cadres and nations who:
a. Has an Islamic personality and leadership
b. Discipline is: thinking, behaving and behaving orderly
c. Healthy and strong mentally, morally and physically
d. Ability to work with the spirit of independence, creative thinking, innovative, trustworthy, courageous and able to face various tasks
e. Have high integrity, and believe in yourself.
In addition to the vision of the mission, the benefits of following the HW is, increasing insight and extensive experience, because the activities of HW not only in space, but also outdoor, growing friends and relatives from various regions in Central Java, because this movement always held a caravan Central Java. And another benefit is being able to teach this scouting movement to muhammadiyah schools, and many other benefits. Ways to join Hizbul Wathan Scout Movement are:
